Mr. Berry, a Harold Avenue resident, complained of children and teenagers <br />jumping over the gate; as well as litter; <br />Ms. Blackfargo, a resident of St. Moritz, questioned the testimony identifying <br />St. Moritz tenants as the pedestrians who loiter, litter, etc.; <br />Ms. Villareal, Harold Avenue resident, testified that she often sees pedestrians <br />using the gate and she does not see small children and the elderly but rather teenagers <br />who litter the area as they walk through; <br />Betty Ackle, Harold Avenue resident for 43 years, also testified that she <br />does not see the elderly using the pedestrian gate; she also complained of <br />a retarded St. Moritz tenant who allegedly every day removes the rubber -bands from <br />newspapers delivered on Harold Avenue; <br />I1I Safety issues related to a Washington Blvd. access only for vehicles <br />A.
