Existing topography accurately shown with a maximum of 1 ft. contour line intervals, including enough <br />adjacent property to show unusual conditions with existing elevations <br />a. Spot elevations on adjacent streets at centerline, edge of pavement (or gutter lines) at 25' intervals. <br />b. Surface elevation of any body of water within 100' of property. <br />c. Any other known restricted area (i.e. wetlands, conservation areas). <br /> <br />After the drawing is approved, provide the following: <br /> AutoCAD/Civil 3D compatible drawing <br /> Survey points and break lines (either included in the drawing or as a separate point file) <br /> Digital Terrain Model (DTM) or surface mapped points <br /> <br />Lead in Water <br />Sampling 2 drinking water locations (4 samples) + report with analysis <br /> <br />BV proposes to collect drinking water samples from the property per EPA guidelines. BV shall collect a first draw and a flush water <br />sample from drinking water sources at two locations of the property. Sampling of a single point location will involve the use of two <br />250-mL sample containers. BV will collect samples from Project locations in which water would be used for drinking purposes (i.e., <br />the kitchen sink or bathroom sink,), and will be conducted from the cold water source. BV will not take samples from drinking <br />fountains, slop sinks, janitor’s closets, etc. BV will then submit the samples to an accredited laboratory for total lead analysis. <br /> <br />Asbestos Screening <br />Bureau Veritas shall perform a screening for asbestos-containing materials (ACM) at the Project. The screening study will be <br />performed for informational purposes and is not intended to meet the requirements for pre-renovation or demolition requirements <br />as set forth in the Asbestos National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) regulation (40 CFR Part 61). <br />An accredited and/or licensed Asbestos Inspector will visually inspect accessible interior areas of the Project to identify locations of <br />suspect ACM.
