Telephone and Power Utility services for both above ground and underground type services. (show poles and height if applicable) b. Storm sewer and sanitary sewer on or crossing the subject property. If manholes or inlets are not found on subject property, locate nearest manholes in each direction. Include size, direction of flow, and invert elevations. c. Water lines (meter valve location, size, and type) d. Fire hydrants. (Show closest fire hydrant to the subject parcel) e. Gas lines (location and size). 5. Existing topography accurately shown with a maximum of 1 ft. contour line intervals, including enough adjacent property to show unusual conditions with existing elevations a. Spot elevations on adjacent streets at centerline, edge of pavement (or gutter lines) at 25' intervals. b. Surface elevation of any body of water within 100' of property. c. Finish Floor elevation (including basement) of all buildings within 50’ of the subject property d. Elevation datum (USGS, municipal or other recognized datum). No assumed datum e. Establish and describe two permanent benchmarks on or near the site. 6. Show location, width and names of all street rights of way and alleys adjacent to the subject property. a. If access is indirect, show means of access to public right of way 7. Show and dimension physical evidence of boundaries such as fences, walls, etc. 8. Show record legal description of subject property. Note any discrepancies with measured dimensions 9. Label property use and adjacent property use (or label as “vacant”) 10. Note FIRM panel number and flood zone designation. Show limits of floodplain, if applicable. 11. Any other known restricted area (i.e. wetlands, conservation areas). After the drawing is approved, provide the following:  AutoCAD/Civil 3D compatible drawing  Survey points and break lines (either included in the drawing or as a separate point file)  Digital Terrain Model (DTM) or surface mapped points Lead in Water Sampling 2 drinking water locations (4 samples) + report with analysis BV proposes to collect drinking water samples from the property per EPA guidelines. BV shall collect a first draw and a flush water sample from drinking water sources at two locations of the property. Sampling of a single point location will involve the use of two 250-mL sample containers. BV will collect samples from Project locations in which water would be used for drinking purposes (i.e., the kitchen sink or bathroom sink,), and will be conducted from the cold water source. BV will not take samples from drinking fountains, slop sinks, janitor’s closets, etc. BV will then submit the samples to an accredited laboratory for total lead analysis. Asbestos Screening Bureau Veritas shall perform a screening for asbestos-containing materials (ACM) at the Project.  The screening study will be performed for informational purposes and is not intended to meet the requirements for pre-renovation or demolition requirements as set forth in the Asbestos National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) regulation (40 CFR Part 61).
