Additionally, meet virtually or in-person with Council and the City Manager <br />individually to review and finalize the summary evaluation document. MRG will facilitate an open <br />and productive discussion to ensure the process endeavors to provide meaningful feedback. <br /> <br />• Finalize and deliver the evaluation summary. <br /> <br />• Debrief with City Council and the City Manager as appropriate to identify strengths and <br />concerns with the process. Identify methods for ongoing communication and make suggestions <br />on a process for mid-year performance discussions with the City Manager, as necessary. <br /> <br />The evaluation process typically takes between 6-8 weeks to complete.
