IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 47 (2 7 5 9 ) <br />RESOLUTION OF FINAL ACCEPTANCE <br />AND RELEASE OF MAINTENANCE BOND <br />FOR <br />EMERGENCY VEHICLE PRE-EMPTION PROJECT, <br />PROJECT NO. 94-2308 <br />Recitals <br />The City of San Leandro, did on the 3rd day of April, 1995, by Resolution No. 95-43, <br />accept certain improvements constructed by ROSENDIN ELECTRIC, INC. by agreement <br />dated May 12, 1994. The warranty period was effected, subject to certain conditions and <br />subject to the maintenance in force of a bond to insure the performance of said conditions; and <br />The specified time has elapsed and said conditions have been complied with; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE <br />as follows: <br />1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby finally accepted. <br />2.
