4. Development Components <br />The proposed development ("Project") will consist of: <br />The Auto Dealer will construct four new automobile dealerships and one used car facility to <br />support the new car dealerships, including vehicle showrooms, office areas, service bays, retail <br />parts departments, an on -site parldng area a --id ancillary grounds landscaping. The Project must <br />conform to the provisions and property development standards contained in the DDA.
