Initial Project Meetings and Site Visits - • Meet with City staff to discuss project requirements and parameters. 8 hours @ $55/hour 440 • City makes available existing pertinent data and standards (City task). • Tour of at least four sites with City staff (included in 3.2.1). B. Determine building space requirements. 8 hours @ $55/hour 440 C. Prepare draft design concepts/schematics of at least three alternate restroom designs rendered in color. 18 hours @ $55/hour $990 D. Prepare preliminary cost estimates for each alternative. 3 each @ $250 $750 E. Review alternative designs with City staff and develop consensus for proceeding with selected alternative. 4 hours @ $55/hour $220 F.
