<br /> <br /> <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and CSG Consultants, Inc. <br />for Washington Avenue Reconstruction, Project No. 2018.4020 Exhibit A – Page 4 of 4 <br />City anticipates the plan sheet package to include, Title/General Notes/Key Map/Typical Sections, Existing <br />Condition & Horizontal Control Plan, Demolition Plan, Plan/Profile Plans, Construction Details, Signing and <br />Striping Plans and Signal Modifications on City-Furnished As-Built Plans. <br />The special provisions will be prepared in “GreenBook” format and in accordance with applicable City standards. <br />City shall provide the general provisions (“front end”), while the consultant shall provide the technical Section and <br />Part 6, the Temporary Traffic Control Section.
