easements. The Developer shall install manhole(s) at the point(s) of connection to public <br />sewers to clearly demarcate maintenance responsibilities. <br />79. Lift Station. No private or public sewer lift station shall be constructed within the project <br />boundary. <br />80. Sanitary Sewer Facilities Maintained. All of the sanitary sewer facilities constructed within <br />the boundaries of the project shall be privately owned and maintained, unless otherwise noted <br />on the approved improvement plans, up to and including the point of connection of the <br />systems to an existing public facility. <br />81. Maintenance of Private Sanitary Sewers. Maintenance of the private sanitary sewers shall <br />be required and in writing and shall be submitted for the review and approval of the District. <br />82. Street Paving. No street paving for any streets shall be constructed unless and until any <br />required sanitary sewer system installation of the sewer facilities in the subject streets has <br />been completed. <br />83. Capacity Analysis. The development consists of 72 residential units. The Developer, at its <br />cost and prior to the design review, shall provide capacity analysis of the affected sanitary <br />sewer system and provide alternative solutions if capacity deficiencies exist. If upsizing of the <br />system is required, the Developer shall construct the required improvements as part of the <br />project improvements. Any approved sewer system upgrades shall be completed prior to <br />issuance of the first occupancy permit. <br />VIII. CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE PROVISIONS <br />84. Construction Hours. Construction on the Project site shall not begin prior to 7:00 am <br />Monday through Friday, and prior to 8:00 am on Saturday and Sunday, and shall cease by <br />7:00 pm each evening, unless otherwise approved by the Chief Building Official. There shall <br />be no construction on Federal holidays. Interior construction shall be permitted outside the <br />above hours provided that construction noise shall not be detectable outside of the structures <br />being built. <br />85. Construction Activity. Construction activity shall not create dust, noise or safety hazards for <br />adjacent residents and properties. Dirt and mud shall not be tracked onto surrounding streets <br />from the Project site during construction. <br />86. Maintenance. During the construction phase, the site shall be well maintained in a neat <br />manner, free of weeds, litter and debris. <br />87. Secure Construction Site. The property shall be secured during construction with a six (6) <br />foot high chain link fence and any other security measures in accordance with <br />recommendation of the San Leandro Police Department. <br />88. Pest and Vermin Control. Pest and vermin control shall be instituted prior to the demolition <br />and construction of the project. <br />89. Construction Facilities. Potable water and temporary sanitary facilities shall be provided to <br />workers during construction activities.
