F. Modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be made to accommodate the bins for mattress <br />and bulky goods as this is a different commodity from the original design. <br />G. A Deferred Submittal is required for modifications to the fire protection system <br />H. A Deferred Submittal is required for modifications to the fire alarm system. <br />I. Means of egress shall meet the requirements of Chapter 10 of the CBC 2019 edition <br />J. Fire Extinguishers shall be provided per the code. <br />K. Emergency Lighting shall be provided with an average of 1-foot candle at the floor along the <br />means of egress route. <br />L. Illuminated exit signs shall be provided indicating the means of egress route. <br />M. A Knox Box shall be provided for fire department access <br />VI. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />A. The facility does not handle, separate, or otherwise process solid waste. <br />B. The approvals granted by the City as a result of this application, as well as the Conditions of <br />Approval, shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County. <br />C. No application for amendment of the application or Conditions of Approval may be submitted or <br />accepted for processing by the City unless (i) there is full compliance with all terms of the <br />application and Conditions of Approval; or (ii) the Development Services Director waives <br />compliance with the terms of the application and Conditions of Approval pending application for <br />amendment. <br />D. Pursuant to Zoning Code Section 5-2218, this approval shall lapse on January 13, 2023, unless a) <br />approval of required State and County permits have been issued, coupled with diligent progress <br />evidencing a good faith intent to commence the intended use, or b) a written request for a one-year <br />extension of the Administrative Review is approved by the Zoning Enforcement Official. <br />Agreement to Conditions January 13, 2022 <br />PLN21-0037 Page 7 of 7 <br />
