G. The design of the subdivision or type of improvements will not conflict with <br />easements acquired by the public at large, because the improvements will <br />accommodate the purposes of the existing easements. <br />H. The housing provided by the subdivision will result in housing that will be <br />consistent with the needs of the region and will be balanced with the location <br />of nearby employment. Furthermore, the development of additional housing will <br />help to improve the balance between housing and jobs in the City, which is of <br />regional importance. <br />I. The design of the subdivision or proposed improvements will provide, to the <br />extent feasible, for future passive or natural heating or cooling opportunities in <br />the subdivision because at least half of the units are oriented with a southern <br />exposure. <br />2.
