EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The Contractor shall provide services necessary for construction documents and construction <br />support services associated with streetscape improvements on Parrott Street. The following <br />outlines Contractor's scope of services: <br />1_0 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS <br />1.01 Based on comments received from City staff and the various groups outlined in <br />the Preliminary Design phase, Contractor shall develop base sheets for <br />construction drawings. <br />1.02 Contractor shall coordinate any topographic survey and utility information with <br />City staff. <br />1.03 Contractor shall coordinate and facilitate Caltrans' review of encroachment <br />permit process for driveway at East 14th Street. <br />1.04 Contractor shall contact utility companies and request records of their utilities <br />within the project area. <br />1.05 Contractor shall prepare construction documents for the 70 % submittal level <br />(due July 15, 1996) to include: <br />a. Cover sheet with standard City notes <br />b. Demolition Plan <br />C. Civil sheets (required to be in Autocadd 12) <br />- Permit Applications: Contractor shall prepare a submit an <br />Encroachment Permit application as required for permit <br />processing <br />- Final Plans: Contractor shall finalize civil plans for <br />construction. Contractor shall develop final plans in close <br />coordination with City and Caltrans.
