The following fees have been established by the City Council pursuant to various provisions of the <br />San Leandro Muncipal Code (SLMC), San Leandro Administrative Code (SLAC) or the general laws of the State of California. <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />Description <br />9. Hazardous Material or Other Incident Fees <br />A. Engine or Truck Company $200.00/hr. <br />B. Deputy or Battalion Chief 65.00/hr. <br />10. A. Annual Inspection Multiple Dwellings 50.00/hr (4) <br />(3 or more units) <br />B. Any retest or reinspection (4) 50.00/hr <br />Current Fee Reference Proposed <br />SLMC 3-3-100 <br />Ca. Health & Safty <br />Code 13146. &179216 <br />70.00 <br />(1) Includes two inspections annually (one annual and one follow—up) and review of the HMMP. Additional inspections will be charged at $60.00/hr. <br />(2) Includes plan review, site inspections, and permit processing fee. Time for inspections is two hours for the first tank and one hour each additional tank. Excess time will <br />be charged at $60.00/hr per tank. <br />(3) Plan check includes one resubmittal. Additional resubmittals will be charged at $75.00/hr. <br />(4) 1 hour minimum <br />
