UNDERGROUND TANK FEE: No. of tanks x $60.00 DEFINITIONS HAZARD CLASS - This column lists the hazard classes defined in the HMMP instructions. QUANTITY RANGE AND FEES - The corresponding fee for each hazard class based on the following quantity ranges: Quantity Range Quantity Range Amounts 1 Less than or equal to 500 pounds, 55 gallons, or 200 cubic feet at STP. 2 Greater than 500 pounds, 55 gallons, or 200 cubic feet at STP, but less than 5,000 pounds, 550 gallons or 2,000 cubic feet at STP, respectively. 3 Greater than 5,000 pounds, 550 gallons, or 2,000 cubic feet at STP, but less than 25,000 pounds, 2,750 gallons or 10,000 cubic feet at STP, respectively. 4 Greater than 25,000 pounds, 2,750 gallons, or 10,000 cubic feet at STP, but less than 50,000 pounds, 5,500 gallons, or 20,000 cubic feet at STP, respectively. 5 Greater than 50,000 pounds, 5,500 gallons, or 20,000 cubic feet at STP. FEE CALCULATION HAZARDOUS MATERIALS FEE - The hazardous materials component of the total fee is computed by adding the totals in each of the five "Quantity Range and Fee" columns. UNDERGROUND TANK FEE - The underground tank component of the total fee is computed by multiplying the number of underground storage tanks at a facility by $60.00 TOTAL FEE DUE - The sum of the hazardous materials fee and the underground tank fee.
