SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br />TITLE 12 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT <br />Chapter 6 Fee Schedule - Building Regulations <br />checking fee shall be paid for each master plan when more than one building will be built. The full <br />plan checking fee shall be paid for each building at time of application. <br />The fee for additional plan checking for changes, revisions or additions to plans already checked <br />shall be based on the actual hourly cost, including overhead, with a minimum of $'� $80.00. <br />Outside plan checking services may be utilized at the discretion of the Building Official. The fees in <br />these cases will be the same as those for in-house plan checking. <br />(2) In-house - Outside of Normal Business Hours, When Requested by Ap lin cant: The plan checking <br />fee shall be that of "In-house During Regular Working Hours" plus overtime and overhead charges. <br />(3) By Outside Consultant, When Requested by Applicant: The plan checking fee shall be equal to the <br />"In-house During Regular Working Hours" fee PLUS the consultant's full fee as established by <br />Agreement (Contract) between the City and the consultant. <br />(4) Over the Counter For Small Changes Revisions or Additions, When Requested byApplicant: <br />ec� $52.50 per hour, $26.00 $26.25 minimum. Structural and engineering plan review fee's: <br />$88.19 $90.00 per hour, minimum one hour. <br />(5) Energy Conservation: For all buildings subject to the California Energy Commission's conservation <br />regulations: 15% of Building Permit Fee. <br />06-03-96 3 Building Code <br />
