SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br />TITLE 12 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT <br />Chapter 6 Fee Schedule - Building Regulations <br />12.6.125: EXCAVATION AND GRADING. <br />(a) The fee for an excavation and/or grading fee shall be a minimum of $52.00 $53.00 plus the fees shown <br />in Chapter 70 of the Uniform Building Code (the edition most recently adopted by the City Council) <br />except that wherever an hourly rate is shown, the rate shall be equal to the actual hourly cost, <br />including overhead. Plan Checking shall be Q`�00 $53.00 plus the fees shown in Chapter 70 of the <br />U.B.C. or the actual cost plus overhead, whichever is greater. <br />06-03-96 20 Excavating/Grading <br />
