8. DOCUMENTATION AND RECORD -KEEPING. SAN LEANDRO BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB shall <br />maintain all records required by the federal regulations specified in 24 CFR Part <br />570.506, and that are pertinent to the activities funded under this agreement. <br />Such records shall be preserved for a minimum of three years following <br />termination of all activities funded under this agreement, or after the <br />resolution of all Federal audit findings, whichever occurs later, and shall <br />include but are not limited to: <br />1) documentation of the eligibility of program recipients; <br />2) documentation of compliance with fair housing and equal opportunity <br />policies; <br />3) financial records required by 24 CFR Part 570.502 and OMB Circular <br />A-110; and <br />4) other records to document compliance with Subpart K of 24 CFR 570. <br />City shall have the right to inspect records pertaining to this agreement <br />and activities undertaken by Subgrantee pursuant to this Agreement.
