All original recorded documents (Deed of Trust, Request for Notice of <br />Default, Rental Agreement) shall be forwarded directly to City's Finance <br />Department by the Alameda County Recorder's office when recordation <br />is complete. <br />County shall amend Promissory Note when a principal reduction is <br />necessary as a result of unused contingency funds. County shall set up <br />payment schedules for amortized loans with the first payment starting no <br />sooner than thirty (30) days after City's Finance Department receives <br />original Promissory Note. <br />All original Promissory Notes shall be delivered to City's Finance <br />Department within thirty (30) days after project completion. <br />County shall invoice City for the final project amount. <br />V. INCOME ELIGIBILITY AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE <br />Financial assistance shall be provided to eligible owners according to the <br />guidelines shown below.
