REPORT OF THE FINANCE DIRECTOR <br />IMPOSING LIENS FOR NON-PAYMENT OF <br />WEED ABATEMENT CHARGES <br />List No. 96-2 <br />July 22, 1996 <br />I, John J. Jermanis, Finance Director for the City of San Leandro, pursuant to Section 3-2-310 of the <br />San Leandro Municipal Code, report that the properties listed below are subject to liens for non- <br />payment of Weed Abatement charges. Included are persons who have not paid their bills as of July <br />31, 1996, for abatements prior to July 1, 1996.
