IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 125 <br />(2341) <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING APPROPRIATION LIMIT <br />(FY 1996-97) <br />Following availability of the documentation used in the determination of the Appropriations <br />Limit pursuant to Section 7910 of the Government Code, this Council has reviewed and considered <br />the data contained in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 7910 of the Government Code and Article XII B of <br />the California Constitution, the City Council does hereby establish the Appropriations Limit for Fiscal <br />Year 1996-97 at $63,549,627, as more specifically set forth in Exhibit A. <br />Introduced by Council Member Loeffler and passed and adopted this <br />5th day of August, 1996, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Loeffler, Lothrop, Polvorosa, Young; <br />Mayor Corbett ( 7 ) <br />NOES: None ( 0 ) <br />ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br />Atte <br />ice Calvert, City Clerk <br />FABudAdop\ApproLmt.doc <br />
