These eleven (11) HOME assisted <br />units will consist of eleven 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath <br />units, and will be designated on the Regulatory <br />Agreement as solely for use by very low and low <br />income tenants. The initial rent schedule and <br />maximum income level of the tenants is shown in <br />Exhibit B. <br />b. REGULATORY AGREEMENT: For all housing assisted <br />through this agreement, BORROWER agrees to execute <br />a Regulatory Agreement that will be recorded as a <br />deed restriction and that will specify the term <br />during which the eleven units must remain <br />affordable as fifteen (15) years from the date of <br />initial occupancy of affordable dwelling units <br />following execution of this Agreement. <br />C. HOUSING QUALITY STANDARDS: Rental units assisted <br />with HOME funds disbursed through this agreement <br />must be maintained in compliance with the Housing <br />Quality Standards set forth in 24 CFR 92.251 and <br />housing code requirements established by the City <br />of San Leandro for the duration of the Regulatory <br />Agreement. <br />9/28/93 (STM) 3 <br />
