REPAYMENTS: Repayments of principal and interest <br />on this loan will be remitted to the LENDER as <br />noted in the terms and conditions in Exhibit A and <br />Attachment 1. <br />3. OTHER PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS: <br />a. COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER FEDERAL MANDATES: BORROWER <br />shall abide by the Federal requirements specified <br />in the HOME regulations at 24 CFR Part 92, Subpart <br />H, governing Equal Opportunity and Fair Housing, <br />Affirmative Marketing, Displacement, Relocation <br />and Acquisition, Labor, to the extent applicable, <br />Lead -based paint, and any other applicable federal <br />requirement, with the exception of the <br />responsibility for environmental review in Part <br />92.352. <br />b. REQUEST FOR DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS: BORROWER may <br />not request disbursement of funds under this <br />agreement until the funds are needed for payment <br />of eligible costs. Prior to disbursement of <br />funds, BORROWER must submit invoices or other <br />similar documents which verify the eligible cost <br />incurred.
