As required by HOME regulations, all project <br />records are to be retained by BORROWER for at <br />least three (3) years beyond the expiration <br />of the term of affordability for the units <br />acquired or rehabilitated under this <br />contract. With respect to the units assisted <br />under this agreement, BORROWER shall <br />cooperate with LENDER in the preparation of, <br />and shall furnish any and all information <br />required by the rules, regulations or <br />requirements of the LENDER, the Department of <br />Housing and Urban Development (HUD) or the <br />COUNTY, or any other governmental entity. <br />Such assistance shall include access to all <br />books, accounts or records of any kind for <br />purposes of audit or investigation, in order <br />to ascertain compliance with the provisions <br />of this agreement. <br />9/28/93 (STM) 6 <br />
