TERM OF AFFORDABILITY OF HOME ASSISTED UNITS: <br />Except in the event of prepayment of the <br />Promissory Note, the HOME assisted units <br />shall remain affordable for the term of this <br />agreement, without regard to the term of the <br />loan or to transfer of ownership. <br />6. DRUG -FREE WORKPLACE: <br />In conjunction with performance of this contract, <br />BORROWER shall comply with the LENDER's policy of <br />maintaining a drug -free workplace as set forth in <br />Exhibit C attached hereto. <br />7.
