AMENDMENTS: <br />This contract can be amended only by written agreement <br />of the parties hereto. <br />13. TERM OF AGREEMENT: This agreement is in effect for the <br />period of fifteen (15) years from date of occupancy. <br />14. APPLICABLE LAW: This agreement shall be interpreted <br />and enforced pursuant to laws of the State of <br />California and the laws and regulations applicable to <br />the federal HOME program. <br />15. BORROWER NO AGENT:BORROWER: BORROWER shall have no <br />authority, express or implied, to act on behalf of the <br />City in any capacity whatsoever as an agent. <br />16.
