INfTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 97- 29 (2823 ) RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP, SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT (PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS), AND ACCEPTING OFFERS OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS -OF -WAY FOR TRACT 6810 (Heron Bay, Phase 3, 178 Residential Condominium Units) (Developer - Roberts Landing Inc.) FINDING Subject to the findings contained in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract Map 6810, Heron Bay (formerly known as Robert's Landing), Phase 3, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference, the City Council of the City of San Leandro finds that' the proposed map, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. Recitals There has been submitted to this Council a final subdivision map entitled "Tract 6810, A Subdivision of Parcels 2 and 3 of Parcel Map 6828, City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California." The City Engineer, in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract Map 6810, Heron Bay, Phase 3, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference, has certified that said final map conforms to the Vesting Tentative Map heretofore approved; that it is technically correct; and that the subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: A. That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to execute a Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Private Improvements) for Tract 6810 on behalf of the City.
