That the parcels of land offered for dedication to the public for the purposes described <br />on Sheet 1 of 5 of the final subdivision map for Tract 6810. said parcels being designated as Parcels <br />"A", "B", "C", and "D", "Public Acces Easement", "Public Utility Easement (P.U.E.)", and <br />"Emergency Vehicle Access Easement (E.V.A.E.)", are hereby accepted on behalf of the public, <br />subject to the improvement of said parcels in conformance with the approved Subdivision <br />Improvement Plans for Tract 6810. <br />C.
