Notices required to be given to Subdivider shall be addressed as follows: <br />Roberts Landing; Inc. <br />P.O. Box 58171 <br />Santa Clara, CA 95052-8171 <br />Notices required to be given surety of Subdivider shall be addressed as follows: <br />The American Insurance Company <br />1 Market Spear Tower, 1 Oth Floor <br />San Francisco. CA 94105 <br />Any party or the surety may change such address by notice in writing to the other party and <br />thereafter notices shall be addressed and transmitted to the new address. <br />23. Recordation of Abstract. Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, <br />Subdivider has executed and has caused to be acknowledged an abstract of this Agreement. <br />Subdivider agrees City may record said abstract in the Official Records of Alameda County. Upon <br />initial approval and/or initial acceptance of the required improvements by the City Council, City <br />agrees to record a Notice of Completion in the Official Records of Alameda County. <br />24.
