25. Additional Terms and Conditions. This Agreement is subject to the following <br />additional terms and conditions, including all applicable conditions of approval for the General and <br />Precise Development Plans for PD-91-3 and the Vesting Tentative Map for Tract 6810: <br />(a) Reference: Paragraph 14 Maintenance Security. Subdivider shall furnish the City <br />a maintenance and repair security in a form acceptable to the City Engineer in the <br />amount of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED <br />DOLLARS ($233.500.00) to guarantee that all areas to be improved are free from <br />defect for the periods described below: <br />1. Prior to initial acceptance of any of the work constructed hereunder or the <br />release of any of the securities required under Paragraph 13., hereof, <br />Subdivider shall furnish the City a maintenance and repair security in the <br />amount of TWO HUNDRED SEVENTEEN THOUSAND FIVE <br />HUNDRED DOLLARS ($217,500.00) for the one year warranty period <br />after initial acceptance of entire work by the City as stated in Paragraph 14., <br />hereof, and; <br />2. Concurrently with the execution of that certain Subdivision Improvement <br />Agreement (Private Improvements) for Tract 6636, Subdivider deposited <br />with the City SIXTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($16.000.00) as a cash <br />security to guarantee the adequate function of the erosion control measures <br />shown on the plans and specifications for the improvement of said <br />F:SIROBTSLND .T M6810-31SUB IMP2 AGR <br />Page 18 of 22 <br />
