Examples of activities and <br />programs that are monitored include: the City's contract with Alameda County for housing <br />rehabilitation services; nonprofit agencies receiving public service funds and/or facility <br />improvement projects; Small Business Loan recipients, and City -initiated public improvement <br />projects. Monitoring procedures include site visits; quarterly reports; evaluation of program <br />brochures and applications; document review may include, but not limited to, contractual <br />compliance including the City's Exhibit E (which identifies all HUD requirements), financial <br />reports, invoices, and job creation/retention hiring activities. <br />41 <br />
