B. Prepare the structural engineering documents to further establish and refine the <br />structural system developed in the Schematic Design Phase to establish the basic <br />structural system layout and dimensions, foundation design, sizing of major <br />structural components, critical clearances and specifications. The documents <br />shall be as follows: <br />1. Foundation Plan indicating appropriate size, shape and location of <br />footings to be strengthened and added. <br />2. Floor Plans indicating vertical structural components, i.e., columns, <br />lateral resisting frames and shear walls to be strengthened or added. <br />3. Floor Framing Plan indicating the layout and sizes of the primary <br />structural system components. <br />4. Roof Framing Plan indicating the layout and sizes of the primary <br />structural system components. <br />5. Primary Building Cross -Sections indicating primary structural system <br />components. <br />6. Typical Construction Details. <br />7. Outline Specifications. <br />C. Prepare the mechanical engineering documents to further establish and refine the <br />plumbing, HVAC mechanical and fire sprinkler systems developed in the <br />Schematic Design Phase to establish the basic system layouts, equipment sizes, <br />capacities and space requirements, acoustical and vibration control, visual <br />impacts and energy conservation measures. The documents shall be as follows: <br />1. Piping and Air -Duct Distribution Plans. <br />2. Fixture and Equipment Plans. <br />3. Outline Fixture and Equipment Schedules. <br />4. Roof Drainage Plan. <br />5. Typical Construction Details. <br />6. Energy Conservation Documents. <br />7. Outline Specifications for plumbing, HVAC and fire sprinkler systems. <br />D. Prepare the electrical engineering documents to further establish and refine the <br />electrical power and lighting systems developed in the Schematic Design Phase <br />and to establish the basic system layouts, equipment sizes, capacities and space <br />requirements and energy conservation measures. The documents shall be as <br />follows: <br />1. Power and Lighting Plans <br />2. Outline Fixture and Equipment Schedules <br />3. Typical Construction Details <br />4.
