The
documents shall be as follows:
1. Evaluation of architectural and mechanical systems relating to noise
control.
2. Design guides for architectural and mechanical systems noise control.
3. Recommendations for construction noise and vibration isolation.
4. Typical details.
5. Outline specifications.
PHASE TWO
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS:
Scope of Basic Services
The services provided during this phase shall generally be intended to prepare from the approved
Design Development Phase documents, for approval of the Project team the final architectural;
structural, mechanical, electrical and civil engineering; landscape architectural and
telecommunications, audio/visual cabling infrastructure engineering and acoustical engineering
drawings, specifications and calculations setting forth in detail the construction requirements for
the Project. The documents shall include, but not be limited to, the drawings, specifications and
calculations indicated in the Design Development Phase and the City's standard bidding
requirements, contract forms and contract conditions. The documents shall be fully coordinated
between each other, comply with current prevailing standards of professional practice and
government codes and regulations and of sufficient detail to obtain responsive and competitive
bids and ensure timely completion of the construction of the Project.
