Task 3 - Preliminary Recommendation (92 hours) <br />Contractor will perform follow-up research and analysis necessary to produce preliminary <br />recommendations. Based on their research, Contractor will develop at least one, and up to three, <br />potentially viable alternative organizational structures that would help the City to achieve its goals. <br />Task 3 also includes the production of a draft report for presentation and distribution to the <br />Assistant City Manager. <br />Task 4 - Final Report and Implementation Plan (26 hours) <br />Upon review and analysis of feedback on the draft report, Contractor will prepare and present a <br />final report.
