CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />SUBDIVISION INIPROVEMENT AGREEMENT <br />(PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS) <br />THIS AGREEMENT, executed in triplicate, for purposes of identification dated June 16 , <br />19 97 , is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as "City," and ROBERTS LANDING. <br />NC., a California Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Subdivider," and SANTA CLARA <br />LAND TITLE COMPANY, hereinafter referred to as "Owner." <br />RECITALS <br />A. Subdivider has presented to City a certain final map or parcel map of a proposed <br />subdivision of land located within the corporate limits of the City of San Leandro. <br />B. The proposed subdivision of land is commonly known and described as Heron Bav, <br />(formerly known as Roberts Landing) Phase 2A, APN 8OG-910-20 and APN 80G-910-21, and <br />bears the Subdivision Map Tract No. 6665. Said subdivision is hereinafter referred to as "the <br />subdivision." <br />C. The map of the subdivision was filed with the City Engineer for presentation to the City <br />Council of City for its approval which map is referred to and incorporated herein. <br />D. Subdivider has requested approval of the map prior to the construction and completion <br />of improvements including, but not limited to, streets, highways or public ways, public utility <br />facilities and other facilities which are part of or appurtenant to the subdivision that are required by <br />the Subdivision Map Act, the Subdivision Regulations of City, the Tentative Map (and approvals <br />F:S'ROBTSLW\TIh166652A`SUBINU"-AGR <br />Page 1 of 22 <br />
