given in connection therewith) and final grading plan, if any, heretofore approved by City. Said <br />improvements are hereinafter referred to as "the required improvements." <br />E. A condition of the City Council resolution of approval of the map of the subdivision and <br />acceptance of offers of dedication made in connection therewith (except as otherwise provided) is <br />that Subdivider first enter into and execute this subdivision improvement agreement with City, and <br />meet the requirements of said resolution. <br />AGREEMENTS <br />1. Performance of Work. Subdivider agrees to furnish, construct, and install at his own <br />expense all required public and/or private improvements identified in the conditions to the approval <br />of the subdivision, and as shown on the plans prepared by MacKay & Somps. Inc., Giacalone <br />Design Services, and The SWA Group and identified as Improvement Plans, Heron Bay, Phase 2A <br />and specifications of said subdivision, a copy of which are on file in the Office of the City Engineer <br />and are incorporated herein by reference and all other improvements required by the City Engineer <br />based upon the standards imposed by Title VII, Chapter 8 of the San Leandro Municipal Code of <br />1985 and the Standard Specifications adopted by the City of San Leandro for public works. <br />Subdivider's costs shall include all necessary relocation of existing utilities. <br />2. Work: Satisfaction of Citv Engineer.
