22. Prior to the issuance of building permits for the first phase of the project, all required <br />mitigation measures shall be completed, or security acceptable to the City Engineer <br />posted to assure compliance. <br />23. During construction the following high standards for sanitation are required: garbage <br />cans, construction dumpsters, and debris piles shall be removed on a minimum weekly <br />basis. All food related trash items such as wrappers, cans, bottles, and food scraps shall be <br />disposed of in closed containers only and shall be regularly removed from the site. <br />Inspections, conducted as part of the regular construction compliance, will be conducted <br />to ensure compliance of the Subdivider and contractors with this requirement. <br />24. The Vesting Tentative Maps show proposed construction on neighboring properties. <br />Written agreements with those property owners shall be submitted to the City Engineer for <br />review and approval prior to approval of the Vesting Tentative Map for that area. <br />Additionally, if the design of any site improvement in any phase requires encroachments <br />onto neighboring properties during construction, written agreements with that property <br />owner shall be submitted to the City Engineer for review and approval prior to approval of <br />the Final Map for that phase. <br />25. The Subdivider shall clarify the use and maintenance responsibilities for the area between <br />Lots 22 & 23. <br />26. The Subdivider shall provide automatic gates at the entrance to the City's yard at the end <br />of Road "A", as acceptable to the Director of Public Works. <br />27. The Vesting Tentative Maps are a general plan of development. All details of <br />construction, including, but not limited to, on -site pavement slopes, pavement section <br />design, illumination, drainage, etc., are subject to the approval of the City Engineer. <br />28. Any existing pipelines and appurtenant structures that are to remain after development, if <br />damaged during construction, shall be replaced to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />B. STREETS <br />I. All street widths, sections within the project boundary, and striping modifications on <br />Fremont Avenue & Chapman Road shall be as approved by the Transportation <br />Administrator. <br />2. The Vesting Tentative Maps should clearly designate public and private streets. All <br />streets except Road "A" shall be private. Road "A" will be owned by the City and <br />maintained by the project Homeowners' Association. <br />3. Structural section for Road "A" shall be as determined by the City Engineer to <br />accommodate heavy equipment from the City's yard. <br />Chapman Place <br />Vesting TM 7092 & 7093 <br />6/04/99 Page 4 of 9 <br />
