Any illegal act upon the premises (either by customers or employees) will be
dealt with by calling for City police backup.
12. The security team will work with our maintenance team in keeping a close
watch on issues of maintenance and repair. Reports will be filed by the
security patrol on any issue of maintenance or graffiti they may find during
their watch. This activity will help with a major crisis, or a minor problem
such as a broken irrigation sprinkler head.
13. The security team will act as members of the Center's ambassadors; helping
customers with their purchases, car trouble, accidents, lost children,
arguments, disagreements, etc. Security is available as a sense of friendly,
good-natured helpmates, there to look after the well-being of every visitor to
Creekside Plaza.
14. The security system which will be put in place is paid for through the
Tenants' Common Area Maintenance Agreements with the Center's owner
(Landlord). As such, the Tenants will act as a monitor, reporting on the
effectiveness, or lack thereof, of the security system in place_ It is important,
however, to know the security company will be retained by the Owner
(Landlord) of the Center, and, therefor, will report directly to the Landlord.
Monthly reports from security, including an incident report, will give the
Owner and Tenants an up-to-date review of the Centers activity and the
performance level of the security team. Incident reporting will be a weekly
event in order to give management an accurate review of the systems in
place and the need to replace or modify them.
15. At the request of the Agency, monthly reports on security issues will be given
for review and comment_
2
