The presentation shall include references for the design theme, site plans, perspectives, and examples of design elements. It may also include a slide show about the development of the design theme and design elements. • Make the presentation at a public meeting of each of the four agencies. • Revise the final design theme and design elements to reflect public comments received, working in conjunction with the Technical Advisory committee. 5. Design Competition Recommendations • Prepare recommendations on a site or area for a design competition for a monument or other type of gateway feature in the vicinity of the Hegenberger/Doolittle intersection. • Provide recommendations to a competition advisor regarding the competition program for a design competition for a gateway feature. 6. Design Document - Theme, Elements. and Instructions for Implementation • Meet with the staffs of each of the four agencies to explain how the theme and elements would be incorporated into their roadway project. • Prepare a booklet (at an easily reproducible size) that documents the design theme and design elements, and provides detailed instructions on how the design elements should be incorporated into each of the four agencies' roadway projects. 7.
