IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.98 - 44 (1022 ) <br />RESOLUTION DELETING STOP SIGNS (INTERSECTIONS) <br />TITLE VI, CHAPTER ONE OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />(WILLIAMS STREET AND HAYS STREET) <br />Pursuant to the Provisions of Section 6-1-215 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the City <br />Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1. That the following intersections are designated pursuant to San Leandro <br />Municipal Code Section 6-1-215: <br />WILLIAMS STREET AND HAYS STREET, both northerly and southerly approaches on <br />Hays Street. <br />Section 2. The provisions of Section 1 shall be added to Chapter 5, Section 500 of the San <br />Leandro Traffic Code. <br />Introduced by Council Member L o e f f 1 e r and passed and adopted this 20th day of April, <br />1998, by the following called vote. <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Loeffler, Lothrop, Polvorosa, Young; <br />Mayor Corbett ( 7 ) <br />NOES: None ( 0 ) <br />ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br />City Clerk <br />
