c <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.98 - 45 (1215 / 12 7 0 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FORM OF <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, CITY OF OAKLAND, PORT OF OAKLAND, <br />AND ALAMEDA COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY <br />FOR THE AIRPORT GATEWAY DESIGN PROJECT <br />The Form of Memorandum of Understanding between the City of San Leandro, City of <br />Oakland, Port of Oakland, and Alameda County Transportation Authority for the Airport Gateway <br />Design Project, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said Form of Memorandum of <br />Understanding. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the attached Form of Memorandum of Understanding is hereby approved and the <br />City Manager is authorized to execute the Memorandum of Understanding in substantially the <br />form presented to the Council; and <br />That the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with a design team for up to <br />$60,000 to carry out the project described in the Memorandum of Understanding; and <br />That the City Manager is authorized to execute any other administrative duties specified <br />in the Memorandum of Understanding. <br />
