Action Plan - FY1998 <br />City of San Leandro <br />Page 12 <br />OTHER PROGRAMS <br />In addition to the Federal sources referenced (CDBG, HOME), the City of San Leandro <br />will implement its housing and community development goals throughout additional non - <br />Federal public and private sources. Included among these are: redevelopment tax <br />increment financing, in -lieu funds, mortgage revenue bonds, low income housing tax <br />credits, local development fees, and partnerships with local lending institutions. Examples <br />of programs include the Community Assistance Fund, Economic Development Agency <br />small business loan program, the Awning, Sign and Paint Program, and the First -Time <br />Homebuyer Program. <br />
