County shall send written <br />request by mail or FAX, as needed for City review. <br />VH. CONSTRUCTION POLICIES AND PERMITS <br />County shall obtain building permits for structural, plumbing, electrical, heating, or any other <br />repairs that require inspection; work in excess of $300 shall be performed by licensed contractors: <br />County staff shall monitor conformance with all state and local laws. <br />VIII. REPORTING <br />County shall use the annual program objectives as the basis of measuring performance. To <br />document program progress, quarterly reports shall be submitted to City and shall include the <br />following information: <br />1. Income and ethnicity of clients <br />2. Total number of applications <br />3. Name and address of applicants <br />4. Total number of units under construction <br />5. Total number of units completed or committed <br />6. Total costs of projects, including administrative costs, quarterly and year-to-date. <br />IX. DOCUMENTATION AND RECORD -KEEPING <br />County shall maintain all records required by the federal regulations specified in 24 CFR Part <br />570.506, and that are pertinent to the activities funded under this agreement. Such records shall be <br />preserved for a minimum of three years following termination of all activities funded under this <br />agreement, or after the resolution of all Federal audit findings, whichever occurs later, and shall <br />include but are not limited to: <br />EXHIBIT A Page 3 of 4 <br />AGRE\EXHIBrrA.DOC (Word 6.0) <br />
