Accessibility Grant/Loan - to offer eligible modifications to residences occupied by <br />disabled, low income tenants, as well as, disabled low income homeowners. The <br />maximum grant shall be $2,000. <br />• Seismic Grant - to seismically retrofit owner occupied, single family structures. The <br />maximum grant shall be $2,000. <br />Rental Rehabilitation Loan - to eliminate substandard rental housing conditions and <br />bring properties into conformance. <br />B. County shall deliver to City within fifteen (15) days after execution of loan or grant <br />documents, copies of homeowners' Project Summary, Certification Letter, and Itemization <br />Statement. <br />C. All original recorded documents (Deed of Trust, Request for Notice of Default, Rental <br />Agreement) shall be forwarded directly to City's Finance Department by the Alameda <br />County Recorder's office when recordation is complete. County shall utilize the updated <br />form of Promissory Note, revised June 1997. <br />D. County shall adjust Promissory Note when a principal reduction is necessary as a result of <br />unused contingency funds. County shall set up payment schedules for amortized loans with <br />the first payment starting no sooner than thirty (30) days after City's Finance Department <br />receives the original Promissory Note. <br />E. All original Promissory Notes shall be delivered to City's Finance Department within thirty <br />(30) days after project completion. <br />F. When City is invoiced for a project, City shall be invoiced for the total project amount <br />(minus any unused contingency funds) plus County administrative fees. <br />V.
