0 <br />4. City staff first inspected the site on June 6, 1997. That, and subsequent <br />inspections, revealed the routine parking of two limousines on the street <br />in front of the residential property located at 1862 Edgehill Court. On or <br />before August 1, 1997, one limousine was removed from the site, <br />leaving one limousine on the street in front of the residence. Said <br />conditions constitute a nuisance pursuant to Section 3-1-205(b)(1) of <br />the San Leandro Municipal Code. <br />5. The City of San Leandro received a petition, dated July 6, 1997 and signed by thirteen <br />residents, requesting that the City require the removal of the limousines from Edgehill <br />Court. <br />6. A reasonable determination can be made that the use of the public street for the <br />purpose of parking two stretch limousines is so out of harmony with the standards of <br />the properties in the vicinity so as to cause substantial diminution of the enjoyment, <br />use and property values of such properties, and therefore violates Section 3-1- <br />205(b)(1) of the Community Preservation Ordinance. <br />It is hereby ordered that the above conditions which have been found to constitute a <br />nuisance shall be abated as follows: <br />1. The limousines must be removed within 30 days of service of this order and parked in <br />a legal off street parking location. <br />It is further ordered that the above method(s) of abatement shall be completed on or before <br />October 3 1997. <br />2 <br />
