IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 113 (2557) <br />RESOLUTION DENYING AN APPEAL BY DORA DE LA CRUZ OF ADMINISTRATIVE <br />HEARING FINDINGS OF FACT AND ORDER FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1862 <br />EDGEHILL COURT, SAN LEANDRO, CALIFORNIA, PURSUANT TO SAN LEANDRO <br />MUNICIPAL CODE, TITLE 3 CHAPTER 1, REGARDING COMMUNITY PRESERVATION <br />ORDINANCE AND ADOPTING STAFF RECOMMENDATION TO REQUIRE REMOVAL OF <br />THE LIMOUSINES FROM THE SITE WITHIN 30 DAYS <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to San Leandro Municipal Code Section 3-1-330 a hearing was held on August 18, <br />1997 before the City Council to determine whether a nuisance exits on the real property located at <br />1862 Edgehill Court, San Leandro, Assessor's Parcel No. 079 002506600. The City was <br />represented Joann Oliver, Community Standards Coordinator. Notice of the hearing was duly given <br />by the City Clerk in accordance with San Leandro Municipal Code Section 3-1-325. The appellant <br />did not attend the hearing nor submit any written evidence to the City Council. <br />After due consideration of the evidence presented at the hearing the City Council makes the <br />following findings: <br />1. The City Council hereby denies the appeal by Dora De La Cruz of the Administrative <br />Hearing Findings of Fact and Order dated July 17, 1997 for the property located at <br />1862 Edgehill Court, San Leandro. <br />2. The appellant, Dora De La Cruz, resides at the property known as 1862 <br />Edgehill Court, Assessor's Parcel No. 079 002506600. <br />3. Notice of the hearing was duly given to the appellant in accordance <br />with San Leandro Municipal Code Section 3-1-310. <br />1 <br />
