Section 1.30 Tenant's Exclusive Areas <br />Those areas within the Facility that Tenant shall have the sole and exclusive right to <br />occupy, possess and use during the Term, including any portion of the Term when the Facility is <br />used for Landlord Events. Tenant's Exclusive Areas include, but are not limited to, Tenant's <br />business offices, certain conference rooms, and certain storage and maintenance areas, all as shall <br />be more particularly designated in the Plans and Specifications. <br />Section 1.31 [Intentionally deleted] <br />Section 1.32 Term <br />The term of this Lease as described in Sections 2.2 and 2.3. <br />Section 1.33 Transaction Documents <br />This Lease, the Development Agreement and any other documents to be executed and/or <br />delivered by or between Landlord and Tenant to implement the transaction and activities <br />described in this Lease. <br />ARTICLE II <br />LEASE OF PREMISES; TERM <br />Section 2.1 Lease of Premises <br />Landlord hereby leases the Premises to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases the Premises <br />from Landlord, for the Term and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Lease. <br />Notwithstanding Tenant's obligation to construct and maintain the Public Improvements on the <br />Public Areas as provided in this Lease and in the Development Agreement, those portions of the <br />LEASE BETWEEN CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />AND SAN FRANCISCO BAY CONFERENCE RESORT <br />PAGE 10 <br />002574.0001\409817.4 <br />
