Consolidated Plan Annual Perfon nance Report - FY1996 <br />City of San Leandro <br />Page # <br />Consolidated Plan Annual Performance Report - FY1996 <br />City of San Leandro <br />Page # <br />PART I: SUMMARY OF RESOURCES AND <br />PROGRAMMATIC ACCOMPLISHMENTS <br />SECTION A: RESOURCES MADE AVAILABLE <br />The City of San Leandro received funding from the following resources: <br />* Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) - $835,000 <br />was received to apply during the period July 1, 1996 to June <br />30, 1997. Additionally, approximately $140,000 of program <br />income was received and made available for programming <br />during this time period. <br />* HOME - The City of San Leandro received HOME grant <br />funds in partnership with the Alameda County HOME-TAC <br />Consortium. A 1996 HOME grant in the amount of <br />$250,140 was available to the City during FY 1996-97. This <br />grant was combined with previous carried over HOME grant <br />funds. <br />* The City of San Leandro Redevelopment Agency allocated <br />$1,106,980 of funding from the 20% set -aside for housing <br />related activities. Of this, $637,880 was expended during <br />this time period. <br />
