Priority #7: Priority Community Development - Business Revitalization <br />Resources Used: <br />The City applied CDBG funding toward economic development programs during <br />this past year. <br />Activities Undertaken: <br />The CDBG program funded the Small Business Loan Program, the Design <br />Assistance Program, and limited support to the City's downtown for business <br />revitalization efforts. <br />Geographic Distribution: <br />The Small Business Loan Program is available City wide, with priority given to job <br />creation and target neighborhoods. The Design Assistance Program is available to <br />target areas, specifically along the East 14th Street Redevelopment Area.
