Task 6 - Prepare Summary Report <br />The Consultant will prepare a summary report presenting the findings and recommendations of <br />the study. Prior to preparation of the report, the consultant will submit a report outline for <br />approval by City staff. It is anticipated that the summary report will be no more than 20 pages in <br />length with the appropriate tables and figures. The first few pages of the report will consist of an <br />Executive Summary suitable for use as a stand-alone document for review by the City Council. <br />Five (5) copies of a draft report will be prepared for City review. City staff comments will be <br />incorporated into the final report. Fifteen (15) copies of the final report will be produced and <br />delivered to the City, along with electronic files, figures, and tables. <br />Task 7 - Meetings and Project Management <br />This task will include meetings with City staff and other normal project management activities, <br />such as monitoring of budget and schedule. Up to three meetings and one workshop will be held <br />with City staff. Meeting minutes will be prepared to document decisions made at these meetings. <br />SERVICES PROVIDED BY CITY <br />The City shall provide the following services and furnish information as required for the study. <br />1. Provide all existing documents and data related to the study, as specified under Task I above. <br />2. Provide digital base map and sewer overlay files in AutoCAD format for use by the <br />Consultant for the study. <br />3. Provide data on physical configuration; pipe sizes, lengths, and invert elevations. <br />4. Provide utility maps and drawings for proposed pipeline alignments identified by the <br />Consultant. <br />5. Provide survey data as required for locations that are critical for the evaluation of alternative <br />alignments. <br />6. Provide traffic counts and standards for traffic diversions during construction. <br />7 Provide timely response to requests for information. approval of design criteria, and review of <br />project deliverables. <br />EXHIBIT A Page 3 of 4 <br />AGREIE\HIBITA.DOC (Word 6.0) <br />
