Task 6 - Prepare Summary Report The Consultant will prepare a summary report presenting the findings and recommendations of the study. Prior to preparation of the report, the consultant will submit a report outline for approval by City staff. It is anticipated that the summary report will be no more than 20 pages in length with the appropriate tables and figures. The first few pages of the report will consist of an Executive Summary suitable for use as a stand-alone document for review by the City Council. Five (5) copies of a draft report will be prepared for City review. City staff comments will be incorporated into the final report. Fifteen (15) copies of the final report will be produced and delivered to the City, along with electronic files, figures, and tables. Task 7 - Meetings and Project Management This task will include meetings with City staff and other normal project management activities, such as monitoring of budget and schedule. Up to three meetings and one workshop will be held with City staff. Meeting minutes will be prepared to document decisions made at these meetings. SERVICES PROVIDED BY CITY The City shall provide the following services and furnish information as required for the study. 1. Provide all existing documents and data related to the study, as specified under Task I above. 2. Provide digital base map and sewer overlay files in AutoCAD format for use by the Consultant for the study. 3. Provide data on physical configuration; pipe sizes, lengths, and invert elevations. 4. Provide utility maps and drawings for proposed pipeline alignments identified by the Consultant. 5. Provide survey data as required for locations that are critical for the evaluation of alternative alignments. 6. Provide traffic counts and standards for traffic diversions during construction. 7 Provide timely response to requests for information. approval of design criteria, and review of project deliverables.
