(b) City shall provide such athletic equipment as is required for City programs. <br />(a) City shall provide supervisory personnel, and towels and locker rooms as required, for <br />City programs. <br />(b) No City programs shall be conducted after 10:00 p.m. without approval of Agency. <br />(c) Neither party shall institute program changes, except upon thirty (30) days' written <br />notice to the other party. <br />4. BUILDING MAINTENANCE <br />City, as it deems necessary, may enter Agency building to do any needed maintenance, <br />repair, or other work to any part of the interior or exterior of Agency building. In <br />addition, City may enter, as it deems necessary, any part of Agency grounds to do any <br />needed maintenance, repairs, or other work. City shall not enter Agency building or <br />grounds, or commence any work thereto, without first giving notice to the Agency <br />Manager. <br />5.
