(b) Termite Repair Work: A permit for termite repair shall include a $15.50 $22.00 issuing fee, plus: Up to and including - $1,500 $106.00 Over $1,500 Same as for other building permits, minimum of $106.00 NOTE: THE ABOVE FEES DO NOT INCLUDE THE STRONG MOTION (EARTHQUAKE) INSTRUMEN- TATION PROGRAM (S.M.I.P) FEE MANDATED BY THE STATE AND COLLECTED BY THE CITY FOR THE STATE. THIS FEE MUST BE ADDED TO THE PERMIT FEES. (c) Satellite Dish Antenna (d) Plan Checking $106.00 A plan checking fee shall be paid at the time of application for a building permit. The plan checking fee is in addition to the building permit fee and shall be as follows: (1) In-house - During Regular Working Hours: The plan checking fee shall be eighty percent (80%) of the building permit fee. For identical buildings built by the same builder on the same lot or in the same tract and for which the building permits are issued at the same time, no plan checking fee shall be paid for each master plan when more than one building will be built.
